PPV TRAFFIC SOURCES
TOP PPV NETWORK REVIEWS
Posted by Ty · 24 CommentsPPV, or pay per view, simply means that you only pay when a potential customer actually views your ad. This is also known as CPV or cost per view. When we refer to ppv we are talking solely about the companies which use adware to display ppv ads. Adware is a downloadable software which is usually installed by the user in exchange for something such as screensavers, online games, toolbars, etc. This downloadable software will then display ads in the form ofpopups or popunders whenever a user is online browsing.Considering that we are only referring to PPV Networks which are utilizing adware, these will be the only companies that we rank. We will list some of the other PPV traffic sources but will not go into an in depth review. We will list our top PPV Networks in order of profitibility from our experience. We weigh things such as amount of ppv traffic available, amount of competition which correlates directly with the actual cost per view, quality of traffic, conversion ratio, and overall ROI. Keep in mind that these are our opinions and others may experience varying results. We have listed the top PPV Networks below beginning with our most recommended and ending with our least favorite.WarriorForum - Internet Marketing Forums > The Warrior Forum > Ad Networks - CPA, CPM, CPL - Millionaire Makers.. best PPV network right now? I am new to PPV so I don't want to start with 1k deposit.

That usually happened within 48 hours, a timeframe rather short for getting PPV campaigns live, unless you're moving large volume with a big budget.
Leadimpact has a lot more traffic but you don't get a rep there and they took about twice as long to get campaigns live than media traffic. I think both networks require a $200 deposit. You could also test adonnetwork (I think they require less) but not sure about their turnaround etc. because I didn't try them.
Didn't try directcpv because they were (and are) advertising everywhere and with lots of new guys trying it out bid prices are pushed up to unprofitable amounts. Trafficvance is obviously the king but since you don't want to deposit 1k it's out of reach for now.
Hope that helps![ENDORSED BY LMC]

With a good scraper either through Affportal or Affdev you can find some low cost gems especially with international offers. Email capture your traffic for bigger ROIs. DirectCPV is $100 initial and there are a ton of deposit coupons from $25 to $50, just do a search. I would avoid AdOn and Clicksor (at least PPV wise).

In that regard, it's probably better to start with a lower deposit network so you can manage your money better. When you have $1000 into something, you're enticed to spend it quickly.
Adonnetwork is an aggregator, it pulls CPV traffic from a number of networks, some you know, some that are private sources, but you never know who the traffic is coming from, just publisher id's. I probably wouldn't start with them until you have some solid campaigns going elsewhere.See thousands of dollars in live affiliate marketing media buys each month $1 30 day trial:

It has no delays and has great support. Starting at only $0.004 per view for CPV traffic is as low priced as it gets off the bat and to me that works out well. Plus, They have a powerful referral system. They offer a 5% referral on all qualified advertisers. It's a fair offer.05-07-2011, 04:23 AM #36 CPA Networks ReviewerWar Room Member

TrafficVance - $1,000 dep
Lead Impact - $200 dep (my favorite)
MediaTraffic - $200 dep
DirectCPV - $100 dep (I may be wrong)
AdOn Network - $25 dep (good if you are new to ppv and want to test the waters)
but ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use TRACKING!

Yes, it is expensive to get started there. But since their traffic converts better, your ROI is better. So in the end, it is not really "expensive."
As stated in this thread, you will need to track. Keep your campaign minimums low. Then track impressions and conversions per URL. If a URL has a disproportionate amount of impressions, it will blow your campaign budget. In that case, it is best to pull it out to it's own campaign.
You can quickly split test your landing pages using a rotator. If you use Neverblue, they have a built-in rotator. Be sure to specify that your URL rotates landing pages before you submit your campaign for approval at Trafficvance. They do come back and check. If they find that you have changed your URL, they will have grounds to terminate you from the network.
In Trafficvance, you also have the option to use textlinks. They can work with proper testing.
I have also used Mediatraffic and Adonetworks. They are a distant 2nd and 3rd choice for me. I met with the Mediatraffic rep at a show. I asked him about why their traffic has gotten worst. He told me to give him a call so that he can work with me to optimize my campaign. I may take him up on it.
Good luck.05-09-2011, 12:57 AM #44 Senior Warrior MemberWar Room Member

I believe the deposit is $200WarriorForum - Internet Marketing Forums > The Warrior Forum > Ad Networks - CPA, CPM, CPL - Millionaire Makers.. Tags network, ppv Posting Rules All times are GMT -6. The time now is 07:58 PM.1. Traffic Vance – No surprise here. However, we are finding it more and more difficult to return an acceptable ROI with TrafficVance. This is mainly due to the competition. They are by far the most popular of the PPV traffic sources and it definately shows in the bid prices.Pros: Excellent traffic volume & excellent user base. There traffic converts better than any other PPV network in our opinion. This has a lot to do with the fact that Traffic Vance owns their user base and is not out buying traffic from other networks which can sometimes be viewed as junk traffic. Best user interface in our opinion.Cons: $1,000 minimum deposit. This is both good and bad in my opinion. It’s tough on some that may not have the money to invest but it also keeps the rifraf out and the newbies that have no idea what they are doing other than driving up bid prices. High competition thus higher bid pricing. You may remember that we made a post regarding Traffic Vance now adding International traffic. This is in our opinion will put Traffic Vance leaps and bounds ahead of everyone.2. Lead Impact – formerly ZangoPros: The second most traffic behind Traffic Vance. Bid prices are relatively cheap compared to TrafficVance. Traffic converts relatively well, could be better but the amount of ppv traffic and the bid prices makes up for the inferior conversion rate. Our second highest ROI.Cons: It is tough to get your ads reviewed at times. It can sometimes be days before ppv adsare reviewed if you don’t email them every time you set up a new campaign. As stated above, the traffic does not convert nearly as well as some of the other PPV Networks.3. AdOn Network - Keep in mind that with AdOn Network your ads are being shown in a popunder window rather than a popup.Pros: PPV traffic is very cheap compared to Traffic Vance. Traffic converts relatively well. PPV targets start at just $.005.Cons: Low traffic compared to some of the other networks. They do have a tendency to send some junk traffic from time to time. You can check for junk traffic by running a report and looking for Partner ID 111211. You need to message your Rep. for approval every time you create new campaigns or else they will be pending for days.4. Media TrafficPros: New PPV campaigns are quickly reviewed for approval. Traffic converts better than AdOn Network & Lead Impact.Cons: Well, they didn’t get the nickname Media “NO” Traffic for nothing. Bid prices can also get quite high especially in relation to the amount of traffic that MediaTraffic has.5. LinksadorPros: PPV traffic converts very well. Not alot of competition at the moment. Quick ppv campaignapprovals.Cons: Very low amount of ppv traffic. User Interface is not the friendliest.6. Direct CPVPros: Well, they are #6 for a reason… we currently don’t have too many pros for DirectCPV. Keep in mind though that they are new and experiencing growing pains. They do have a decent amount of ppv traffic but we just haven’t found much to convert yet. Their user interface is much better now that they have re-done it so we will be spending a lot more time testing them. I just couldn’t stand the old cumbersome interface and refused to spend very much time with it.Cons: Conversions seem to be lower than the others. New ppv campaigns can be pending for days if you don’t message your Rep. Our referrer stats are showing that they have been sending junk traffic from time to time.7. Adoori – We don’t have much too report on them right now. Adoori is a new network in which we are just beginning our tests. We will report back with our findings once we have some history behind us.You will notice that we did not rank Clicksor, AdBrite, MegaClick, or CPVMarketplace. This is intentional as we do not view them as true PPV Networks or PPV Traffic Sources. These companies serve ads based on the publisher’s website content rather than a software app. being installed on the users computer. Targeting for these 4 companies is far inferior to the PPV Networks in which we have ranked above.I wrote this up rather quickly and will be adding to it in the near future. Most importantly though, the rankings are based on our experience and our ROI, so it is a good baseline for most to base their ppv marketing decisions.Technorati Tags: AdOn Network, adoori, Direct CPV, Lead Impact, media traffic, ppv ads, ppv campaigns, PPV Networks, PPV Traffic Sources, Traffic Vance, TrafficVancePosted on 02.26.10 · Tagged with AdOn Network, adoori, Direct CPV, Lead Impact, media traffic, ppv ads, ppv campaigns, PPV Networks, PPV Traffic Sources, Traffic Vance,TrafficVanceCOMMENTS

mediatraffic: traffic is high but doesn’t convert as well and bids are also kind of high
directcpv: quality of traffic is not that great but can send a lot of traffic
I just looked at my stats on a campaign I launched last-night through DirectCPV. Their stats show…
What do you say when you call out the network on JT?
When you target a URL like this: http://www.example.com/
As well, I am hearing +ve things about Adoori, as well, a new and obscure one, jema media – they are definitely on my list of “to check out” after I get some projects out of the way
Cheers, thx for dropping by
ps: I do agree on tvance bids getting inflated. I guarantee we are a small group using the bot here, but competition is rampant no matter where, people actually outsource workers to work fulltime at updating their target bids.. I cannot imagine that

I would agree on the possibility of KW’s doing well at dcpv, just because of the traffic you might get (more) using that method, but this is something I have not tested heavily (I dont use them as much as other networks right now.) please report back soon!
