WORK PROGRAM

LEGAL AID BUREAU OF WORK PROGRAM FH ubuntu

ROUTINE PROGRAM

1. Service internship program for students specificity of the judiciary and other students

2. consultancy services law

3. Handling the case for unpad as an institution, the academic community and the community of justice seekers

4. Degree case

5. Meeting coordination

PROGRAM INSINDENTIL

2. Extension legal awareness

3. The training of law

4. Working visit to government agencies and bureaus of other legal aid

5. The establishment of a forum for communication of legal aid bureau universities throughout Indonesia

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Activities : student involvement in service consultation and case handling

Time : 1 (one) semester of

Strategy : - play along with the bond lawyers to obtain permission for the supervisor BBH and involvement of alumni become mentors in BBH with the decree of the dean

CONSULTATION PROGRAM

Activities : provision of legal advice for unpad as an institution, civitas academic and community unpad seeking justice either directly in the office of BBH or through electronic media

Time : every weekday at 9:00 to 15:00 pm

CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Activities : handling cases in pengadila (litigation) and out of court (non litigation)

Time : every case is handled

DEGREE PROGRAM CASE

Activity : discussion of cases that come in, handled, actual and seize public attention

Time : 1 (one) month

LEGAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Activities : pelatiahan case handling techniques and techniques of advocacy in order to rescue the assets of local government

Time : 2 (two) months.

COORDINATION MEETING

Activities : discuss the implementation and evaluation of various programs, office management

Time : 1 (one) month

Legal education program

Material : danger of abuse of drugs

Time : month of July, October 2010

Place : schools, offices BBH

VISIT WORK PROGRAM

Activities : working visit in the socialization of ideas and the idea of forming a communication forum BBH public universities throughout Indonesia

Time : July-September 2010

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FORUM

Activities : BBH workshop revitalizing the role of public universities in the provision of legal aid in the search for justice and the establishment of a communication forum BBH PTN-Indonesia
