COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RESULTS OF ANY ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN, AND CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT THERETO. Arbitration Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, to take place in Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 3. Refund Policy The advertiser has seven days to review completed orders for reviews. If there is a problem, a support ticket must be entered within that timeframe. SponsoredReviews.com will review the complaint and work with the blogger to make any necessary adjustments. If a resolution cannot be reached between the advertiser and the blogger, and if we find in favor of the advertiser, we will issue a refund to advertisers account within seven business days. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion. Please note that we only guarantee reviews to remain on bloggers sites for 30 days. The exception would be if the blogger's entire site is down. In that case we offer no guarantee. Guarantee will be honored by issuing credit to the advertisers account to be used on replacement reviews. Reviews purchased for $5.00 or less are not guaranteed but can be disputed within 7 days if there is an issue.
